The Security Industry Authority (SIA) recognises that it is essential for all CCTV Operators to have undergone a programme of training and education resulting in a recognised qualification if they are to be effective and professional in their roles.

The Level 2 Certificate for CCTV Operators will form part of the requirement needed to gain an SIA Licence to Practise for CCTV Operators. The Licence to practice provides candidates with the right to work within the CCTV industry.

This is the first training I have had in four years, It refreshed some knowledge and learned new stuff. It was really enjoyable. I've now got two certificates and want to do some more.
