This award is designed to contribute towards the knowledge & understanding for the Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service while containing additional skills & knowledge which go beyond National Occupational Standards.

It is also an excellent alternative to those who do not have access to the NVQ.

That was good fun, I was genuinely surprised at how much I had forgotten and how much more there was to training.
